In addition to writing content for Eurasia Group’s social channels, I provide ad-hoc support and coverage for Ian Bremmer’s social channels. Ian Bremmer is an American political scientist, author, and entrepreneur focused on global political risk. He is the founder and president of Eurasia Group.
Ian’s audience across LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, Facebook, and Instagram exceeds 4M followers. He is also recognized as a Top Voice on LinkedIn.
Maziar Minovi LinkedIn
I also provide support and coverage on LinkedIn for Eurasia Group’s CEO, Maziar Minovi. Maziar is an experienced CEO and managing director with over 9K followers on LinkedIn.
CEO Internal Communications
In additional to my external-facing communications support for Maziar, I also source and write his internal monthly newsletter, the Email of Many Things. This includes firmwide updates across Research, Corporates, Events, HR, Communications, GZERO Media, and the Office of the President.
I spearheaded a revamp of the design and content in summer 2023, which included a new template, layout, and opportunities for the employees to more deeply engage with the material, including naming a winner for “quote of the month” from the firmwide Teams chats, pulse surveys, and showcasing photos of employees around the world.
Following these updates, the newsletter went from an average open rate of around 56% to an average open rate of 64% by the end of 2024.

I work with Eurasia Group’s leadership team and analysts on conceptualizing, writing, and editing LinkedIn articles and newsletters. For articles, we aim to time those accordingly with political events and milestones.
For example, in September 2024, I worked with Eurasia Group’s Vice Chairman, Gerald Butts, on an article (published here) ahead of NYC Climate Week on US-China relations, specifically tied to climate.
